"Dainty Dotty"
This was a piece commissioned by the subject's husband. Other than being rather slight of stature, the girl pictured was
neither named "Dotty" or the feature of any show. In reality, the only tattoo adorning her body, (the "hand and thorn"
piece), was done by renowned tattooist Don Ed Hardy. The banner was a Christmas Gift.

"Demons of Dexterity"
Many variety acts that had no real connection to either physical deformity or general weirdness, worked in sideshows.
Reason? Another presentation for the operator's claim of Ten Big Acts - and of course, employment for them.
